Except as herein provided, this Promotion is open to legal U.S. residents, age eighteen (18) or older, except employees of Fastenal Company ("Sponsor"), and its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same households as those employees. Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited. This Promotion is not being run in Rhode Island and Rhode Island residents are not eligible to participate. One (1) winner will win the Ultimate Pit Experience for themselves and one (1) guest, including airfare and hotel only, to one of the following races of their choice (NASCAR Nationwide 250 at Richmond International Raceway on May 2, 2008; Federated Auto Parts 300 at Nashville Superspeedway on 6/07/08; Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen International on 8/9/08; or O'Reilly Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway on 11/01/08. Approximate Retail Value ("RMV"): $4,500.00
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/15/08 from all eligible entries received, with all decisions final and binding. Potential winners will be notified by phone. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By entering, you agree that your name, address, and other information may be used for the purpose of administering and promoting this Promotion. Fastenal Company is dedicated to protecting your privacy and will not release this information for any other purposes, unless required by applicable law.
Potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within 10 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor's discretion. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, the selection of an alternate winner. The prize will be awarded in the name of the entrant whose name appears on winning entry, unless prohibited by company policy, in which event the prize will be awarded in the name of the company. The Winner shall be responsible and solely liable for all income taxes resulting from such winnings, and Winner agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor's regarding any tax liability related to the Promotion. If a dispute arises as to who submitted a particular cardholder entry, that entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the primary person in whose name was used to enter the Promotion was issued. By participating, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters, (ii) Sponsor and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries and the respective representatives and agents of the foregoing entities (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury of death to entrant or any other person due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of a prize, and (iii) to Sponsor's and its designees' use of their names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel all eligible mailed entries received for the entire Promotional Period.
