Open Balances and Statements

Step 1:

Hover over My Account and select My Account from the drop down menu.

Step 2:

Then click on Open Balances and Statements.

Step 3:

Select the Customer ID you wish to view and click on Submit.

Administrators Only

Add a New User - Administrators Only

Step 1:

Click on My Account.

Step 2:

Scroll down and click on Users and Permissions.

Step 3:

Click on New User.

Step 4:

Fill in the required information.

Please note: the Username is NOT case sensitive, but IS space sensitive. The Password is both case AND space sensitive.

Step 5:

Choose the Security Options you’d like to give this user (these are all optional).

Step 6:

If you have given the user Administrator Privileges, you can skip to Step 8.




Step 7:

Choose the appropriate Purchasing Options:

  • Unlimited
  • Request Only - can place orders to be routed to the selected Approver(s) for review.
  • Set Dollar Amount - per order, per day, per week, per month, per year or anywhere in between.

The minimum for this restriction is $0.01 per chosen time span.

Note

If the user has been given a purchasing restriction, it is required that they have a designated Approver chosen to review their order requests. You can choose a default Approver at the time of set up or the user can choose an Approver during the checkout process if an approval is needed. If no Approver is chosen, all order requests will be sent to all Approvers.




Step 8:

When the form is completed – click Save Changes.

Viewing Open Balances - Administrators Only

Step 1:

Hover over My Account in the header and click on My Account in the drop down menu.

Step 2:

Scroll down and click on Users and Permissions.

Step 3:

Select the user you want to work with and click Edit on the far right

Step 4:

Check the box next to Grant access to view open balances.

Step 5:

Click Save Changes.

Note: You will be directed back to the User List – repeat steps 3 through 5 as needed for other users.

Step 6:

Go back to Account and User Information and click on Store Accounts.

Step 7:

Choose the customer account and click on Authenticate.

Step 8:

NOTE: Please enter 2 invoice numbers that have been completed within the last year to Authenticate the account.

Click on Authenticate.

You will now be able to view the Open Balances section of the website.
