Returning Online Purchases
Please contact your local Fastenal store for instructions on returning product.
For online orders processed by your branch, return the merchandise the same way as an offline purchase.
For online orders processed by the Fastenal Web Store (ECOMM), follow the instructions in the "Direct Shipped Product Returns" document, which can be found on your branch's server and on FastNet.
From the Fastenal Terms of Purchase:
Cancellations and Returns
Fastenal must approve cancellation of any order prior to shipment. Orders for Special or Non-standard Products (not in the catalogue) may not be cancelled or returned. Any returns for shipping errors, damage or loss upon delivery must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. Except as otherwise agreed, Products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of delivery to the Purchaser. Any cancellation or returns accepted after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee and other charges, for which the Purchaser shall be responsible. All returns should be made to a Fastenal branch or as otherwise designated by Fastenal, and must be in resalable condition and accompanied with an Invoice.
Select the Quote Number to open.
Review the eQuote for content.
To process the order, click either Approve or Add to Cart.
Using Order Templates
Hover over My Account and click Order Templates.
Click on the Template you wish to use.
Verify order contents.
Note: You can select or deselect items from the template before Adding to the Cart.
Add to Cart
Using the Fast Order Pad
Hover over My Account and click Shopping Cart.
Click on Fast Order Pad.
Enter SKU and Lookup the Part.
Enter the Quantity.
Add to Cart.
