Cost savings conferences are designed to inform Fastenal Company's strategic and potential strategic partners of cost savings opportunities we presently are able to identify and document. The scope of this program will allow our key accounts to be informed of cost savings opportunities through possession and acquisition cost savings, as well as value-added services provided by Fastenal to increase revenues, reduce expenditures, reduce assets, and bring in process controls.
Our goal at Fastenal is to implement systems that reduce total procurement and acquisition costs for both MRO and OEM inventory. Through close strategic partnerships, we have been able to reduce or redirect many functions associated with inventory possession and acquisition. A Fastenal specialist analyzes your current system and uses this information to streamline your MRO and OEM inventory requirements. We operate in a flexible environment, which allows us to customize each system to meet specific needs.
