How Does It Work?

We provide you with tools to label and scan your inventory locations along with a simple workflow to view and approve orders. Simply print bar-coded labels for your stocking locations, scan the bins you want replenished, drop the scanner in the cradle, and send the order to your local Fastenal store via fastenal.com.

Our order approval workflow enables you to route requested orders through the proper person within your organization for approval before the order is placed with Fastenal, eliminating the need for paper requisition forms, notes, and calls to purchasing.
