Our flexible inventory management services range from basic bin-stocks to fully integrated in-plant locations, and we can manage virtually any product you use. 	Dock-to-Dock Program Product is delivered according to a pre-determined delivery schedule -- a good fit for union shops and other sites with limited access
	Bin-Stock Program/Vendor Managed Inventory We work with your personnel to create an efficient supply system for your facility that makes inventory easier to monitor, manage, and access Your local Fastenal store continuously monitors and replenishes inventory to stay within your target "min/max" levels (not too much, not too little) As a value-added service, we can integrate with your purchasing system to eliminate process steps (e.g., double entries), improve accuracy, and provide real-time usage visibility and reporting. 	In-Plant Location Working within a secure on-site crib area, Fastenal personnel purchase and receive specified inventory, providing immediate product availability Product is dispersed to point-of-use stocking locations based on evolving reorder triggers that reflect your usage patterns Consignment programs are available for customers based on negotiated sales volume requirements
	Integrated Supply Program This program extends our in-plant services to also include: Supply chain management of any MRO and/or OEM fastener inventory needs that fall outside our core product offering Tool crib management services
	Process Mapping/6S Audits Fastenal inventory specialists can collaborate with your personnel to map how product flows through your current system, identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated, and propose a lean process that eliminates those wasted costs. We can also perform 6S audits (a similar process) at your facility to identify cost saving opportunities. (These services are limited to customers that meet contracted sales requirements.)
