Fastenal.com allows you to quickly shop for hundreds of thousands of products using our part numbers, your part numbers, competitors’ part numbers, manufacturer part numbers, NSN, or UNSPSC. You can also view statements and invoices online, create templates for fast re-orders, and establish permissions settings to control spending. Orders are sent directly to the servicing Fastenal store for fulfillment.

Electronic Invoicing

Fastenal.com’s online reporting capabilities allow you to view your open balance anytime on any standard web browser. You can view your data in an easy-to-read summary format or drill down to display the details of each invoice. A monthly email will remind you of your balance status, and we’ll update your data every business day to ensure you always have the latest information.

Integration

We can also integrate with your system to support seamless communication between our companies. Whether we connect through a B2B connection, a portal, or our FastConnect platform, the business results are the same: faster timelines, less work, fewer errors, lower administrative costs, and real-time visibility into usage. As part of our VMI services, suggested replenishment orders can be captured by your system with line-item detail.
