Dock-to-Dock

Product is delivered by Fastenal personnel on Fastenal trucks according to a pre-determined schedule -- a good fit for union shops, high-security environments, and other sites with limited access.

Bin/Production Line Stock

Local Fastenal store personnel organize and bar-code your stock areas, work with you to establish min/max reorder triggers, and continuously monitor and replenish your stocking locations to stay within your targeted inventory levels. We can help you design and implement point-of-use systems to support your Lean initiatives.

Point-of-Use Vending

FAST 5000SM program is a simple, affordable way to control consumables spending. Set controls to limit who can vend what over time, and track usage virtually any way you want to see it (by dept., project, etc.). We provide and stock the machines as a value-added service, making vending cost-effective for a vast range of high-use supplies.

In-Plant Location

Working within a secure crib area, dedicated Fastenal personnel purchase, receive and disburse specified inventory, leveraging our distribution strength to reduce waste and costs across the supply chain. Product is available on a walk-up basis and also disbursed to point-of-use stocking locations based on evolving reorder triggers that reflect your usage patterns.

Jobsite Integration

As a cost-saving solution for remote projects (construction, outages, etc.), we can tailor a jobsite trailer, Conex, or gang box to meet your project supply needs. This on-site "store" would be managed by Fastenal personnel and stocked with immediately available product that's bar-coded for easy identification.
